Default 32 vs. 32?

in Nightfall you can control up to 3 heroes, so would it be possible to have a pvp fight where all the players brought all of their heroes?

In PvE they are treated as henchmen, so I guess the same applies in PvP

The heroes do count as henchies, so they are included in the size limit of the party. I don't know though if they can be brought in Heroes' Ascent.
